Healing Hearts Wellness yoga classes are beginner-friendly, gentle, trauma-sensitive, and unique. There is NO TOUCH in our classes. We also work hard to offer culturally-sensitive yoga and meditation meant for every person in every body. Some people practice in chairs, some on the mat, and all are encouraged to do what they need moment to moment.
People of all shapes, sizes, abilities, and experiences have taken our classes and commented on how different our yoga classes are compared to what’s offered in their community. The focus here is less on fitness and more on connecting with the self.

Kanjana uses gentle movement, breath work, Yoga Nidra, and journaling to to provide a doorway to deeper self-understanding. During this challenging time in the world, Kanjana hopes to support small groups by using the tools of yoga and meditation to help them connect more deeply to themselves and their emotions, to find relief from stress and collective trauma, and to learn holistic, natural tools they can use in their daily lives.
Her extensive training helps her to offer classes for any person, at any level of ability. Her practice focuses on promoting resilience and relief from stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and urges to use substances.
