Welcome

What is Holistic therapy?

Holistic therapy or holistic psychotherapy is a type of mental health therapy that supports the whole person by attending to the many layers of life- physical, mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual, relational, and environmental.

cognitive Behavorial Therapy

We blend cognitive therapies such as mindfulness based CBT, ACT, positive psychology, attachment based therapy, and MBSP.  These are types of talk therapy that are focused on how to shift what’s happening in your thoughts, feelings, actions, and how you view yourself and the world around you.

Somatic Experiencing Therapy

We offer somatic therapies like EMDR, IFS, Yoga Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing to help address what’s going on mentally and emotionally from your body and nervous system.  These types of body-based therapy are focused on what shows up in your body and how tapping into your body and creative expression can lead to healing.

Our Approach To Therapy

Our unique, holistic approach combines elements of talk therapy, somatic therapy, neuroscience, and complementary and alternative therapies like mindfulness, meditation, movement (like yoga or dance), breath work, energy work, nutrition, therapeutic writing, and more.
