Adult ADHD Assessments

Adult ADHD Assessments

A collaborative process designed to help you understand your brain with clarity, care, and compassion.

If you’ve ever suspected you might have ADHD because some of what you’ve read (or—let’s be honest—seen on TikTok or IG) felt way too accurate, but other information made it seem like ADHD only applied to a little boys bouncing off walls…
you are not alone.

Many of our clients were told for years that their struggles were “mom brain,” burnout, anxiety, depression, hormones, trauma, or stress. But even with those explanations, things didn’t improve — and something still wasn’t adding up.

Some noticed symptoms intensify after pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause.
For others, the patterns were lifelong but masked, minimized, or misunderstood.

And for many adults — especially women and AFAB individuals — ADHD has been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or overlooked for years.

Eventually, the question becomes:

“Is this ADHD… and has anyone actually listened long enough to help me figure it out?”

Here’s what we believe:

  • Self-diagnosis is valid.
  • You know your brain better than anyone.
  • And if you want help untangling things, we’re here.

We take your lived experience seriously.
We listen deeply.

And we help you understand your brain without shame, judgment, or pathologizing who you are.

A different kind of adhd assessment

designed for your Body and brain

Choose one rapid-clarity day (5–7 hours) or shorter sensory-friendly sessions. Every assessment includes somatic breaks, snackies, a variety of drinks, movement, and regulation practices.

Whole-Person, Whole-Life Approach

We look at ADHD through the lens of your nervous system, hormones, trauma history, identity, environment, sensory profile, and lived experience — not just a checklist.

clarity without shame

We untangle ADHD from anxiety, trauma, panic disorder, OCD, depression, autism, postpartum changes, and hormonal shifts — with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment.

Who is this for?

Women & AFAB Adults

Especially those whose symptoms were missed, minimized, or misunderstood — or who felt their experience didn’t match stereotypical ADHD examples.

Overloaded High-Achievers & Caregivers

Therapists, moms, creatives, lawyers, healthcare & IT professionals — people who “seem fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, scattered, or dysregulated on the inside.

Anyone Wondering: “Is This ADHD… or Something Else?”

Many clients come in questioning ADHD vs. anxiety, trauma, depression, autism, OCD, bipolar, or “all of the above.” We help untangle the complexity.

choose the path that fits your needs

Below are three ways to begin, depending on where you are in your ADHD journey and how much support you want.
No pressure. No wrong place to start.
Just options that meet your nervous system, your timeline, and your life.

Each tier includes the tier below it.

tier two

Adult ADHD Differential Diagnostic Assessment

The deep, whole-person clarity you’ve been looking for.

Investment: $2,000

This is not a quick screen or a basic questionnaire.
It’s a comprehensive, adult-focused clinical assessment designed to clarify ADHD in adults 21 and over in the context of:

  • trauma

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • panic

  • OCD

  • bipolar

  • sensory and nervous system patterns

  • autism

  • sleep issues

  • executive functioning differences

Think of it as a therapy intake × 10, with a level of nuance and compassion most clients have never experienced in a diagnostic process.

You’ll receive:

  • an in-depth clinical intake (up to 90 minutes), a clinical interview (5–7 hours or broken into sensory-friendly sessions)

  • trauma- and systems-informed assessment

  • validated ADHD measures

  • masking + compensatory strategy evaluation

  • differential diagnosis (ADHD vs. anxiety vs. trauma vs. autism vs. all-of-the-above)

  • You’ll receive a detailed, ND-friendly diagnostic report with personalized support recommendations, accommodations suggestions, strategies, and next-step guidance you can use at home, at work, or with future providers.

*If desired, this can include: accommodations letters (as appropriate), letters to your providers regarding differential diagnosis, and/or a private, minimal paper-only version with no digital record.

*This is a clinical ADHD assessment, with or supervised by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This is not a forensic or academic psychological evaluation.
