Paint Your Own Yoga Mat at Temenos: A Yoga, Art, & Therapy Workshop

Get ready to support your wellness and personal goals through yoga, meditation, creation of a personalized mantra and painting your own yoga mat!!

In this workshop we will:

1. -Learn how to set healthy goals, mantras, and intentions
2. -Use meditation to find each participant’s personal mantra
3. -Participate in a beginner-friendly yoga class to learn how to use your personal mantra or intention in your yoga practice
4. -Learn about the therapeutic benefits of art as we paint our personalized mats!
