Yoga for Empowerment: How to Be Your Best Self

Feeling strong, confident, and empowered is often easier said than done. Sure, we all like the idea of feeling more comfortable with ourselves and living our best lives, but how do we actually do it? Here’s where mindful character strength use and yoga therapy come into play.

Join us to learn how mindful strength use can help you to be more present, feel more confident, and find more joy. Through gentle yoga asana (poses), breath work, guided meditation, journaling, Reiki, and group discussion we will find and recognize the unique strengths in YOU.

Together we will:
-Learn how to rewire your brain to see yourself from the more positive lens of character strengths
-Experience what it’s like to consciously turn up and down your strengths to be the best version of yourself
-Create a watercolor art piece that helps you to cultivate your signature strengths daily

Come with an open heart and mind as we explore how to use mindful character strengths and yoga to find and maintain the best version of ourselves.

While not required, it is recommended that you take this quiz before the workshop and bring a print out of your results:

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Total beginners to yoga and/or watercolors are most welcomed, as are all body types, ages, and genders!
