Jillian Convery is a master’s level therapist who has experience working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults seeking mental and emotional well-being. She received her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University in 2018.
Jillian has experience in assisting those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues related to self-esteem and life-transitions. She is passionate about women’s issues and supporting those in the LGBTQIA community in relation to the coming out process, gender identity, and gender expression.
In her work, Jillian utilizes cognitive-behavioral and person-centered therapies while incorporating mindfulness techniques. She believes that each person deserves to be met where they are, and that therapy looks different for everyone. This encourages a tailored approach to focus on individualized needs and a holistic mentality.
