Luna Liebling

Luna (they/them) is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who believes deeply in the connection between emotional health and liberation for individuals, groups, and the collective. They offer both in -person sessions in Philadelphia and virtual sessions for anyone in the state of Pennsylvania. They use Internal Family Systems, body-based practices, attachment work, ecotherapy, play, and a strength-based, compassionate approach to support you in reconnecting with your core self energy and building your capacity to feel grounded in a stressful world. 

Luna has experience working with a broad range of clients, including folks with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief, and climate anxiety. They are particularly passionate about working with people who want to feel more in their body, movement workers and activists facing burnout, LGBTQIA folks, and kids and teens experiencing grief, anxiety, or social challenges. 

Luna is a lifelong learner who has completed trainings in EMDR, IFS, ecotherapy, and creative arts based therapy, and holds an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certificate from the Embody Lab. Luna also is a trained doula.

Luna centers an anti-colonial understanding of healing. They will sit with you and help you untangle from the stories we have all been taught that perpetuate fatphobia, ableism, and white supremacy. Luna loves to support folks who are wanting to feel more empowered and living in alignment with their values.
