Yoga for mental & emotional wellness

A 20 CE hour (including 3 ethics) four week course on yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breath work, energy work, and expressive and creative practices for anxiety, depression,
trauma, and ADHD. Simple, accessible skills were taught to therapists with little to no yoga experience. Tools for compassion fatigue prevention and healing were taught and discussed in detail. Case studies were utilized to further understanding of clinical application of interventions. A continued consultation and supervision group was offered to those who wanted support while implementing the
interventions they learned.
