What are our workshops & Retreats?

Workshops and retreats at Healing Hearts Wellness blend movement, ritual, nature, art, and energetic healing to offer immersive, embodied experiences. Whether you’re gathering for a 90-minute solstice ritual or a multi-day retreat, our offerings go beyond talk-based formats. They integrate body, breath, creativity, energy, intention, and community connection to support healing, renewal, and transformation.

Why Choose a Workshop or Retreat?

  • Deepened connection: Step out of the everyday and into a curated space where your nervous system can settle, your imagination can open, and your body can remember what ease feels like.

  • Embodied practice: These experiences don’t just talk about healing—they invite you to feel it, through movement, sound, meditation, creative ritual, and nature-based craft.

  • Community + coherence: Surround yourself with like-hearted people, guided by experienced facilitators, in an environment crafted for meaning and presence.

  • Take-home tools: Recordings, ritual guides, custom art pieces, intention work, and other tangible resources accompany many of our workshops so the experience continues long after you leave the space.

  • Accessible & inclusive: Our offerings are designed for all bodies, all levels of experience, and all identity backgrounds. You don’t need any previous retreat, yoga, or spiritual-work experience—just curiosity and a willingness to show up.

FAQs

Is This Therapy?

No. Our workshops and retreats are experiential and wellness-based—not psychotherapy. While some facilitators are licensed clinicians, these offerings do not include diagnosis, assessment, or individual therapeutic intervention and are not a replacement for mental health treatment. What they do offer: grounding through breath and movement, creative ritual, nervous-system–friendly practices, and optional community connection. Many people find they complement ongoing therapy, but they are not clinical services. If you’re unsure what you need, we’re happy to help guide you.

Do I need experience with yoga, meditation, ritual, or art?

Not at all! Every workshop and retreat is designed to be accessible, beginner-friendly, and supportive of all bodies and backgrounds. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritually experienced, artistic, or familiar with somatic work. We offer clear guidance, options, and modifications so you can participate at the pace and level that feel right for you. These gatherings are spacious, welcoming, and intentionally crafted so that beginners feel comfortable and experienced practitioners still feel deeply nourished.
